Updated 20 February 2020

Please note that if you have employees who are returning from China, there will now be a stricter Stay At Home Notice (SHN) to be served as compared to the Leave-Of-Absence (LOA). This will be implemented WEF 18 February 2020.

Rest assured that you will still be able to claim S$100 daily for each affected worker for the number of days under this new LOA Support Programme.  To be eligible, these employees (Singapore citizens/PRs/Work Pass Holders) must have travelled to mainland China on or before 31 January 2020. Eligible employers will also qualify for levy waiver for affected foreign workers during the SHN duration.
